In order to get your products to you as quickly as possible, we ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, though we ask that international clients wait 3 to 10 days for delivery and processing time via DHL. We reserve the right to use different services and carriers as we see fit to ensure safe and timely delivery.
All products are labeled as merchandise, with the correct value. The customer is responsible for any customs fees that may be charged. If you have any questions about customs fees or our products, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Return & Cancellation Policy
We're confident that you'll love our products and, as such, we offer a 60-day guarantee. In the event that you're not totally satisfied, you may return your products for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and handling. This refund policy applies to only products purchased online and does not apply to re-orders. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for an exchange at no cost to you.
If you'd like to return your order, please email us with the reason for your return. From there, we'll issue a return authorization number, along with instructions on return procedure. Any item returned without an authorization number will not be honored. Orders may be canceled within 24 to 48 hours by email or phone. ID validation is required.
Tracking Your Order
Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided by the postal carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL). For returns, we ask that you use a recorded delivery service. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost shipments.
